Ray Baker talked with Brooklyn, NY Rep. Hakeem Jeffries during the August recess.  This August recess was particularly busy for Jeffries.  The freshman Congressman traveled, dealt with the issue of stop-and-frisk and held several events in his district.  On the video below Baker talks to Rep. Jeffries on several issues.
