As part of its ongoing outreach to independent inventors, entrepreneurs and businesses, the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), in cooperation with Congressman Hakeem Jeffries, are hosting a Saturday Seminar.  USPTO Officials will conduct an all-day workshop alongside intellectual property (IP) experts in providing attendees valuable information about the different types of IP protection and the patent and trademark application process.

Subject-matter experts from various government, non-profit and private entities will be discussing best practices and the resources and services offered by their organizations. The experts anticipated to share their knowledge and experience include:
